Translation Widget
Summary
- The widget allows agents to translate user messages and send the translated responses back to customers
- The main feature of the widget is the translation of conversations to the selected/detected language using Google Translate API
- The widget UI reproduces the conversation translations
- Consumer's language can be detected by Google Translate API automatically or set by an agent
- Agent has ability to translate the answer into the consumer's language, this text will be populated in the text field
