For visitors wanting to enrol in a medical insurance plan, you can either provide the visitor with step-by-step instructions on how they can do this online or through the conversation.
If you provide step-by-step instructions, it’s best practice to include GIFs and images directing the visitor along with descriptive text.
If the preference is to enrol the visitor into a plan within the conversation, the bot will need to collect the necessary personal information and enrol the visitor into the correct plan.
In both cases, the bot can also provide answers to FAQ during the enrollment process to help visitors if they encounter any friction.
If the user has any questions or concerns during enrollment that the bot can’t handle, the bot can connect the visitor to an agent who can help them complete their enrollment process.
